This isn't the first time Blueface is drawing the flak on social media. In 2019, Blueface was slammed heavily after standing on top of a black SUV and throwing cash into a crowd of people in Skid Row, an area in Los Angeles known to be mostly the residence of people of low earning. While some defended the act as a kind gesture, it was criticized as 'dehumanizing' by the Internet.
Blueface has collaborated with artists like Lil Uzi vert, Dababy, Lil Baby and more in the past. His track, 'Thotiana' Remix ft. Cardi B, directed by Cole Bennett got over 222 Million streams since its release in 2019.
